ATLANTA - As it does periodically, the Georgia Court of Appeals is going "on the road" and will convene in Gainesville Wednesday.
The court will meeting Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock at the Hall County Courthouse.
It is scheduled to hear arguments in three cases:
Linda Biddy v. City of Cartersville, Georgia
Donald E. Collins v. Regions Bank
Shannon Bradford v. The State.
Judge J.D. Smith, a longtime member of the appeals court, will preside.
The court has met one time before in Gainesville.
