GAINESVILLE - Two more shopping centers, three more subdivisions and a recreational facility are all on the agenda for the next Hall County Planning Commission meeting.
Largest of the subdivisions calls for a 43-lot development on Old Cornelia Highway at Noah Martin Road. The others are five- and four-lot proposals, respectively, one in the 72-hundred block of Williams Road and the other on Peckerwood Road near Buffington Road.
One of the shopping centers would be built on five acres on Athens Highway near Oak Grove Road; the other is slated for a one-acre site on Winder Highway at Perry Drive.
Also on the agenda are plans for a "recreational facility" on Athens Highway near Oak Grove Road.
