<p>Amanda Kozak, a 21-year-old brunette who gained entry as Miss Valdosta, was crowned Miss Georgia Saturday night and will represent the state in the upcoming Miss America pageant.</p><p>`Kozak graduated from Valdosta State University with a degree in childhood education and her platform is mentoring with the Big Brother, Big Sister organization.</p><p>The first runner-up was Kellie Bradshaw, Miss Capital City, and the second runner-up was Miss Gwinnett County, Kellie Bradshaw.</p><p>Devan Fleming, Miss Onion Capital, was the third runner-up and fourth runner-up went to Caitlyn Andrews, Miss Southeast Georgia.</p>
