A Dahlonega woman died in a one car wreck in Lumpkin County Thursday afternoon.
The Georgia State Patrol says Margaret Howard, 68, died when she lost control of her car, struck an embankment and overturned.
Troopers say the accident happened shortly before five on Georgia 60 at the entrance to the Birch River subdivision.
The passenger in the vehicle, who's name has not been released, was also injured.
