DULUTH - Maya Moore took control of the fourth quarter of Collins Hill's 62-45 victory over Redan as the defending Class AAAAA state champion Eagles moved into the final for the fourth time in the last five years Thursday night.<br>

The Eagles (30-1) also beat Redan in last year's state championship game. In the final tomorrow night, Collins Hill will play South Gwinnett, which beat Stephenson 62-to-47.<br>

Moore scored 12 points of her game-high 29 points in the fourth period for Collins Hill, the nation's No. 3-ranked team in USA Today.<br>

South Gwinnett's Alex Winchell hit the go-ahead 3-pointer with 3:47 remaining as the Comets held onto the lead in ther win over Stephenson.<br>

Jylisa Williams led Stephenson (24-8) with 14 points.<br>

Winchell, who finished with 21 points, pumped her first in excitement after her 3-pointer from the right wing made it 43-to-40. The junior guard used a crossover dribble in the Comets' lane to beat a Stephenson defender for a layup that tied the score at 40-all on South Gwinnett's previous possession.
