The Bruins won their seventh straight game improving to 28-and-6. Their backcourt duo of Jordan Farmar and Arron Afflalo (uh-FLAH'-loh) combined for 15 points.<br>

Belmont's Bruins finish the season at 20-and-11. They were led by Justin Hare's eight points.<br>

U-C-L-A advanced to the second round for the first time since 2002 and will play tenth-seeded Alabama on Saturday in the Oakland Regional.<br>

Belmont led early 18-to-12 while U-C-L-A missed ten of its first 15 shots.<br>
