<p>Tasha Humphrey scored a season-high 27 points and led a second-half run as No. 11 Georgia defeated Brown 82-69 in the Surf 'N Slam third-place game on Saturday.</p><p>The Bulldogs (12-2) trailed 51-47 with 14:22 remaining before going on a 32-7 run to take control. Ashley Houts' steal and lay-up with 10:15 left gave Georgia the lead for good.</p><p>The 6-foot-3 Humphrey had 13 points in the decisive run, taking advantage of her height inside against the smaller Bears. Humphrey went 12-of-15 from the field. Janese Hardrick finished with 16 points, and had 11 points in the scoring spurt, including three 3-pointers.</p><p>Cori Chambers scored 20 points for the Bulldogs, including six 3-pointers.</p><p>Lena McAfee led Brown (2-10) with 19 points and Ashley King-Bischof and Megan McCahill each scored 12 points. The Bears have lost six of their last seven games.</p>
