GAINESVILLE - Hall County planners next month will be asked to consider plans for a 380-lot subdivision in East Hall - and another 146 new homes in North Hall.
The East Hall development is planned on 505 acres on Belton Bridge Road near Lula.
Also on the planning commission's Dec. 4 agenda: a 94-lot subdivision on 95 acres on Shoreline Drive near Harold Whelchel Road and Buckhorn Circle and 52 new homes on 57 acres on Old Princeton Ridge at Wakefield Lane in the Sardis area.
