9 indicted in shooting death of Carroll County woman

<p>Nine teenagers have been indicted on murder charges in the shooting death of a woman at a mobile home park.</p><p>Paola Cavarias Vergara, 35, was shot to death in her mobile home July 19.</p><p>A Carroll County grand jury has indicted Chad Ackey, 18; Marcus Oliphant, 17; Labryann Lytle, 17; Randall Laye, 17; Cody Buchanan, 17; Christopher Coleman, 19; and three teens between the ages of 15 and 16 on two counts of murder, eight counts of aggravated assault, three counts of first-degree cruelty to children, and single counts of armed robbery, possession of a gun during the commission of a crime and theft by receiving stolen property, according to the indictment.</p><p>Coleman was also indicted on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and giving a false name to a law enforcement officer, according to court records.</p><p>___</p><p>HASH(0x1cd9ce0)</p>
