HCS to feature softball, cross country teams

GAINESVILLE - "Hall County Sports" this week can be seen at 9 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. Saturday and 9 p.m. Sunday on Charter Communications Channel 22.

Football coaches: Bruce Miller of Gainesville and Lee Shaw of Flowery Branch discuss that great game from last Friday. Also Riverside coach Doug Dixon, whose team beat Mt. De Sales, is on this week's show.

Also on the show: North Hall softball coach Roger Fannon and player Amanda Albertson talk about their region championship; and Flowery Branch cross country coach Jimmy Sorrells and North Hall cross country coach Jean Foster talk about their girls and boys team championships at the Hall County Meet.

Individual champs Trice Sweet and Bert Harrison of North Hall are also featured.
