<p>Gwinnett County police officers are at the scene of a shooting outside a police precinct, where a man apparently killed himself in the parking lot.</p><p>The shooting happened around noon outside a parked car at the police precinct in Norcross.</p><p>Police say the man is NOT a police officer. He was found dead after shots were fired outside the westside precinct located near Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Interstate 85.</p><p>Investigators have NOT released the man's name. They are looking through the car for identification.</p>
