Man accused of kidnapping family arrested in South Carolian

<p>A man who allegedly kidnapped a woman and two young children was arrested Saturday afternoon in Rock Hill, S.C., police said.</p><p>Authorities said German Rodas kidnapped at gunpoint his wife Emily and their two children, 2-year old Mary Elena and 8-month-old Christian, in Moultrie Friday.</p><p>Investigators arrested Rodas at his South Carolina home "as soon as he pulled into the driveway," said Colquitt County Sheriff's dispatcher Misty Anderson.</p><p>Anderson said Emily Rodas and the two children were unharmed and would be driven back to Georgia. German Rodas will face charges in Georgia, she said.</p>
