GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Republican Party takes the first step toward this year's county, district and state conventions Saturday.
The party's Precinct Mass Meeting is scheduled at 10:00 Saturday at the Gainesville Civic Center.
Party officials say it is for anyone interested in attending the Hall County, 10th District and state GOP conventions as delegates.
Earlier in the day, at 8:30, the party's Conservative Forum will convene, also at the civic center. The featured speaker will be the dean of the Hall County State Legislative Delegation, Rep. James Mills.
