<p>A high school football coach in Fayette County has been arrested after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student at Sandy Creek High School at Tyrone.</p><p>Thirty-six-year-old Phillip Bates is out on a bond after being charged with child exploitation and computer pornography. He was arrested Tuesday.</p><p>Bates resigned from Flat Rock Middle School following his arrest. He had taught social studies for about four years.</p><p>Bates also was an assistant football coach at Sandy Creek High School. He is accused of exchanging inappropriate e-mails with a student, who is a juvenile.</p>
