COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) Kevin Huff threw for 222 yards and three touchdowns and Tuskegee held off a late rally by Morehouse in a 34-24 victory on Saturday.<br>

Huff, who completed 19-of-26 passes, also ran for 58 yards for the Golden Tigers (5-1, 4-1 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference). Huff's scoring passes covered 5, 18 and 19 yards in the first 16 minutes of the game.<br>

Tuskegee took a 31-0 lead in the third quarter when Richard Fitzhugh scored on a 1-yard run. Roosvelt Echeverry then added a 42-yard field goal.<br>

The Maroon Tigers (2-4, 1-4) tried to rally with 24 consecutive points, highlighted by three touchdowns produced by Ruben DuPree, who threw for two and scored another.<br>

John Washington ran for 126 yards on 19 carries for Morehouse.<br>
