ATLANTA - Derrick Wimbush ran for 239 yards and three touchdowns to help Fort Valley State to an 58-23 win over Clark Atlanta on Saturday.<br>

Clark Atlanta (0-3,0-3) took a 14-0 lead in the first quarter on a 79-yard touchdown by Adrian Johnson, who rushed for 122 yards on 15 carries.<br>

Fort Valley (4-0, 3-0) responded with 21 points in the second quarter when Wimbush scored on a 57-yard run and Willie Copeland threw touchdown passes 30 yards to Ishmae Williams and 20 yards to Melvin Atueyi as the Wildcats took a 27-20 lead.<br>

Copeland, who completed 10 of 15 passes for 159 yards, passed 15 yards for another score to Antonio Hughes in the third.
