<p>DeKalb County Commissioner Lou Walker has died, eight days after being injured in an automobile wreck during a storm.</p><p>Walker, 66, died at 9:30 p.m. Monday at Piedmont Hospital, a county spokesman said.</p><p>He was injured when his car hydroplaned and scraped a wall on Interstate 20.</p><p>Walker, co-owner of a public relations firm and a veteran actor, had represented District 7 in south DeKalb County since winning a special election four years ago.
