Suspect in fatal shooting dies in Atlanta car accident

<p>A man sought in an Alabama shooting that left one dead and two injured last year has died from injuries in a car crash in the Atlanta area.</p><p>Samuel Lee Kelly, 31, of Anniston died Thursday night at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, police said.</p><p>Oxford Police Lt. Russell Bryan said Kelly was injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Sunday. He was wanted in the October 2003 shooting at a house in Oxford.</p><p>Kelly was one of two suspects in an execution-style shooting that killed Eugene Johnson, 43, and wounded Xerxes Stanford, 36, and his daughter, 15-year-old Tatiana Johnson.</p><p>Police arrested another suspect in the shooting, Preston Louis Moore, 30, of Anniston, in November in Sharonville City, Ohio, after a bar fight.</p><p>Charged with attempted murder, Moore remains in the Calhoun County Jail on $500,000 bond.</p>
