Second suspect surrenders in death of 4-year-old struck by stray bullet

<p>A second suspect has surrendered in the death of a 4-year-old girl who was struck by a stray bullet at a southeast Atlanta apartment complex.</p><p>Rickey Brown, 26, who turned himself in Monday, was charged with murder in the death of Sedriana Rosser, police Sgt. John Quigley said.</p><p>The child was hit in the chest March 17 by a shot fired about 100 yards away as two men were shooting at each other in a parking lot. Quigley said about a dozen shots were fired.</p><p>Authorities have also charged Teon Richardson, 27, with murder in the girl's death.</p><p>___</p><p>Information from: Constitution</p>
