GAINESVILLE - A hearing that was to have been held Friday in Hall County Superior Court on a suit challenging the March 2 special elections in Flowery Branch was postponed.<br>

The delay was granted because Flowery Branch City Attorney Lucky Chandler had a conflicting court appearance in Dahlonega. <br>
<br>
Robin Carlisle claims in her suit that she was unfairly denied a spot on the ballot; she had intended to run for mayor.<br>
<br>
The city says she didn't meet the residency requirements.
