Pirelli Tire opening distribution center in Henry County

<p>Pirelli Tire will open a 247,000 square foot distribution center in Henry County, Gov. Sonny Perdue announced Friday.</p><p>In partnership with a third-party distributor, Kuehne & Nagel, the company will lease space at the Interstate South Building in McDonough. The venture will add 40 jobs and represents a $5 million to $8 million investment, he said.</p><p>Pirelli's U.S. headquarters is in Rome, Ga., where the firm also manufactures high performance tires and employs 150 people.</p>
