Georgia's Doyle finishes third in Sr. PGA event

SONOMA, CALIFORNIA - Allen Doyle of LaGrange shared the lead in the Chapions Charles Schwab Cup tournament for a while in the final round before settling for a third place finish. <br>

Doyle shot a three-under-par 69 in the final round on the Sonoma Golf Club course Sunday. <br>
<br>
His 72-hole score was eight-under 280. <br>
<br>
Doyle finished three shots behind the winner, Mark McNulty, and two shots behind the runnerup, Tom Kite. <br>
<br>
Doyle won $213,000.
