Delmar Wilson added 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to help the Bears (6-8 overall, 3-2 Atlantic Sun Conference) extend their home winning streak to 12 games.<br>

Mercer led 31-25 at the half. Gardner Webb (3-10, 0-4) cut the margin to 37-33 on a 3-pointer by Brian Bender before the Bears went on a 9-2 run capped by a layup by Wilson with just over 11 minutes left.<br>
