GAINESVILLE - Another 200 apartments are proposed for Gainesville - these on the northside of town.
Most of the new apartment construction in recent years has taken place on the south and west sides of town.
On October 14, the Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board will be asked to approve a site plan which calls for a 192-unit addition to Summit Place Apartments.
Summit Place is located on Windward Lane off Limestone Parkway.
