FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS - Arkansas sophomore forward Wenbos Mukubu strained a quadriceps muscle in his left leg and will be sidelined for up to six weeks. <br>

Mukubu sustained the injury Monday while running, coach Stan Heath said. <br>

``It was a freak thing. I feel for him because he's worked extremely hard. He's gained weight, he's gained strength, he's improved his game,'' Heath said. <br>
<br>
Freshmen cannot practice until classes begin Monday, so the team is left with eight players in the interim. <br>
<br>
Arkansas plays four exhibition games in Mexico Aug. 30-Sept. 1. <br>
<br>
The team had its first practice Tuesday, and had two practices Wednesday.
