GAINESVILLE - The "voice" of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce (GHCC) for the past eight years is retiring.<br>

Audrey White has been answering the phone at the chamber since 1995 and has also served as the chamber's downtown Welcome Center manager.<br>
<br>
Her retirement was announced at Thursday's chamber board meeting. Board members were told a new receptionist and Welcome Center manager will be introduced at their next meeting.
