Marlins' Lowell out with broken hand

MIAMI - Florida&#39;s All-Star third baseman Mike Lowell is expected to miss the rest of the regular season after breaking his left hand, a huge blow to the Marlins&#39; playoff hopes. <br> <br> Lowell was hit by Hector Almonte&#39;s pitch in the eighth inning of Florida&#39;s 4-3 win over the Montreal Expos Saturday night.
