ATLANTA - Crews have restored electricity to nearly all of the 10,000 metro-Atlanta customers without power after high winds and rain moved through the area around 4 a.m. Tuesday. <br>

Georgia Power Company spokeswoman Carol Boatright says there are about 100 scattered customers are still without electricity. <br>

About four-thousand customers lost power in Gwinnett County, and five-thousand lost it in Cobb County. <br>
<br>
The outages were caused when high winds caused limbs to fall on power lines. <br>
<br>
The rain has moved away from the area Tuesday afternoon. Lows Tuesday night are expected to be in the 30s.
