Police arrest suspect in shooting deaths of two people in Rome

<p>A man who fled after confessing to a relative that he shot two people to death last week was arrested Thursday, police said.</p><p>Camilo Reyes Hernandez, 37, was arrested in Acworth, officials at the Floyd County Jail said. He was charged with murder in the deaths of Lorenzo Palmerin and Maricruz Martinez, whose bodies were found last Friday at a home in Rome, in northwest Georgia.</p><p>Its not yet clear how police tracked Hernandez to Acworth, which is 30 miles south of Rome.</p><p>Following Fridays double shooting, police said Hernandez called and confessed the crime to a family member, but by the time officers had arrived at his residence, he had fled.</p>
