Heatley wasn't drunk during car wreck that killed teammate

ATLANTA - Test results from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab show that Atlanta Thrashers hockey player Dany Heatley wasn't drunk when he got in a wreck that killed teammate Dan Snyder. <br>

Eric Friedly, spokesman for the Fulton County district attorney's office, said Heatley had consumed some alcohol before the car crash September 29th, but not enough to accurately register on the crime lab's test. <br>
<br>
Friedly said test results haven't been completed to determine whether there Heatley had consumed any other drugs.
