Heatley wasn't drunk during car wreck that killed teammate

ATLANTA - Test results from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab show that Atlanta Thrashers hockey player Dany Heatley wasn&#39;t drunk when he got in a wreck that killed teammate Dan Snyder. <br> <br> Eric Friedly, spokesman for the Fulton County district attorney&#39;s office, said Heatley had consumed some alcohol before the car crash September 29th, but not enough to accurately register on the crime lab&#39;s test. <br> <br> Friedly said test results haven&#39;t been completed to determine whether there Heatley had consumed any other drugs.
