TIFTON - Authorities in south Georgia are investigating the shooting deaths of a Tifton couple in an apparent murder-suicide.
The bodies of Bobby and Joy Hill were found Tuesday in their home after they failed to show up at the polling place where they were scheduled to help with the election.
Tift County Sheriff Gary Vowell says one of the Hills shot the other and then committed suicide. He would not say who fired the shots.
