DORAVILLE - Grief counselors will be on hand Monday morning at Dunwoody and Lithonia high schools after two students were killed in separate wrecks over the weekend. <br>

The teens -- a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old -- are the latest victims of traffic fatalities in DeKalb County. <br>

Sixteen-year-old Doug Breffle -- a Dunwoody High School student -- lost control of his car, ran into a tree and died early yesterday morning. <br>
<br>
Eric Jackson -- DeKalb fire Lieutenant -- says Doug and his friend were speeding on Tilly Mill Road about 2 a.m. when they got in the single-car crash. The passenger was injured and treated. Both were students and football players at Dunwoody High. <br>

Police say they were investigating whether alcohol was involved in the accident. <br>
<br>
Late Friday night, James Thornton -- a 17-year-old Lithonia High School student -- was killed when the Honda Accord he was riding in skidded off the road, through several trees and into an iron fence. <br>
<br>
The driver -- who was 16 -- and other passengers -- survived the crash. <br>
<br>
That wreck occurred shortly before midnight on Flakes Mill Road near Henry County.
