Mack swearing-in scheduled

GAINESVILLE - Hall County's newest county commissioner will be sworn in this week.

Deborah Mack, who defeated former commissioner Don Whitmire in a special election August 20, will take the oath of office Saturday morning at 10:30 at the Georgia Mountains Center.

Mack will fill the unexpired term of Frances Meadows, who died earlier this year.
