12-year-old steals car, smashes into three other vehicles

MOULTRIE - A 12-year-old girl stole her grandmother&#39;s car and then smashed into three other vehicles in a Wal-Mart parking lot, causing at least $15,000 in damage, police said. <br> <br> A witness told police he saw the girl drive a Nissan Maxima into three parked vehicles on Sunday afternoon. No one was injured. <br> <br> Officers found the girl about 30 minutes later sitting inside the car outside Moultrie Manor Apartments. She took the car without permission, but her grandmother refused to press charges, police said. <br> <br> The girl, who has had problems with police before, has been charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident and driving without a license. She was released to her mother.
