ACWORTH - Cobb County police have released the name of the 40-year-old Acworth man killed when his pickup truck collided with a landscaping truck. <br>

Police spokesman Brody Staud identified the man Tuesday as Raul Martinez. He died at the scene after the accident that happened about 2:15 p.m. Monday. Staud says the man's pickup crossed the center line. <br>

The man's nine-year-old son was air-lifted to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, where he is is being treated for injuries that are not life-threatening. <br>
<br>
The driver of the landscaping truck and a passenger were not injured.
