Toddler abducted from southeast Atlanta home

ATLANTA - Police said a 14-month-old girl and her mother appeared at a police precinct Wednesday afternoon a day after masked robbers had kidnapped the child and stole a safe. <br> <br> Police sargeant John Quigley said the girl, Demecia Scott, appeared to be in good health and was taken to a nearby hospital. Scott and her mother, Dionna Scott, were being transported to police headquarters to give an account of what happened. <br> <br> Two men and a woman broke into the southeast Atlanta home about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday and forced three women and five children into a single room, Quigley said. <br> <br> Then they took the child and fled in two vehicles. Police wouldn&#39;t reveal the contents of the safe or say whether drugs were involved. <br> <br> At least one of the three people was identified by the people in the house as Wanda Wilson, an acquaintance. <br> <br> Police said arrest warrants were issued for 24-year-old Johah Lay and 29-year-old Wanda Wilson on kidnapping and armed robbery charges. The third suspect hasn&#39;t been identified by police.
