Police believe the kidnappers returned Demecia to her mother.

Quigley said one of the suspects in the robbery, 24-year-old Jonah Lay was arrested today on charges of kidnapping and armed robbery. Two other suspects were being sought. Police identified one as 29-year-old Wanda Wilson, but declined to identify the other one.
