Jury selection begins in case of Fayette man accused of killing his wife

ATLANTA - Jury selection begins today in the case of a Fayette County man accused of killing his wife, who disappeared five years ago. <br>

Thirty-eight-year-old Jim Watson was jailed January 15th. He was charged with murder in the death of Beverley Watson, who disappeared from her home in January 1997. <br>
<br>
Her bones were found in March 1999 on a south Fulton County farm. <br>
<br>
In August 2000, Jim Watson settled a wrongful death suit filed by his wife's family seeking to prevent him from collecting any insurance money from her death. Watson agreed to allow all the funds to go to the couple's two children. <br>
