Officers were called Thursday afternoon after neighbors complained of a foul odor at the residence, 10 miles northwest of Albany. They found a decomposed corpse partially buried in the basement. The body was there for nearly a month. <br>

While police have no motive yet for the killing, they have ruled out drug or gang involvement.
