GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO - Michael Blagg has left this western Colorado city, six months after his wife and daughter disappeared from their home.

Mesa County sheriff's investigators believe Blagg is moving to Warner Robins, Ga., 120 miles southeast of Atlanta, where his mother lives. Blagg has refused to say where he was moving.

``You can be assured that we're going to want to know where he winds up,'' Lt. Stan Hilkey said. ``It'll be our job to make sure we know wherever he goes.''

Blagg reported his wife, Jennifer and their 6-year-old daughter, Abby, missing when he returned home from work Nov. 13 and found a large pool of blood in the master bedroom. A massive search involving hundreds of people turned up no sign of them.

Sheriff's investigators are spending the next few weeks searching an area of the Mesa County landfill where household trash was dumped when the two disappeared.

Blagg was unable to find work after he was fired from Ametek-Dixson in February for reportedly stealing office furniture and equipment. He has never been charged with the crime.

Investigators questioned Blagg for 10 hours Feb. 5 about the stolen items and about the disappearance of Jennifer and Abby. He attempted suicide the next day and spent nearly a week in St. Mary's Hospital recovering from his injuries.

Blagg has said he had nothing to do with his wife's and daughter's disappearance.
