HILLSIDE, NEW JERSEY - There's a good reason why the person who validated a winning Big Game ticket in New Jersey hasn't claimed the prize.
Several other people say the ticket worth $59 million belongs to them.
State lottery officials have heard from a lawyer who represents the man who brought the ticket to the Hillside, New Jersey, gas station where it was purchased.
Another attorney represents people claiming to be part of an office pool whose money was used to buy tickets that include the winner.
Acting lottery director Carole Hedinger is reviewing the rules.
The ticket was one of three for last Tuesday's drawing for the $331 million annuity jackpot. One winner has come forward in Georgia. Whoever purchased the other ticket in Illinois has yet to claim the prize.
