Two women who said they bought the child Feb. 12 took him to the sheriff`s office. They told investigators that the boy was dirty, and when they told her to take better care of him she said that for $10 she would give him to them.
The boy was taken into custody of the Department of Family and Children Services. Robinson, who was staying across the state line in Cleburne County, Ala., was returned to Carroll County, where she posted a $10,000 bond and was released.
