The recycled packaging company will hire Deloitte and Touche to audit its financial statements for the year ending December 31. <br>

According to a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the appointment of Deloitte and Touche will be submitted for shareholder ratification at the company's annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for May 8. <br>

The company says it does not have any disagreements with its former auditor. The filing does not indicate why the company decided to switch auditors.
