Plans to spruce up Euharlee landmark underway

EUHARLEE - An architect who specializes in preservation is developing a bid package to remove graffiti from a historic landmark - Euharlee&#39;s Covered Bridge. <br> <br> Built in 1886, its image graces Euharlee&#39;s letterhead and every year, hundreds of residents attend the Covered Bridge Festival. <br> <br> Stephen Burch, Bartow County&#39;s superintendent of building maintenance, said the architect is devising a way to clean the bridge without damaging the structure. <br> <br> ``We want to remove the graffiti in an environmentally safe manner,&#39;&#39; Burch said. ``Removing the paint cannot damage the bridge.&#39;&#39;
