Four Georgia men arrested as part of child-porn crackdown

ATLANTA - The U.S. Attorney's office said Monday that four Georgia men have been charged in connection with a nationwide crackdown on child pornography on the Internet. <br>

Attorney General John Ashcroft says the first phase of the federal investigation called ``Operation Candyman'' has led to 86 arrests in at least 26 states. <br>
<br>
Those charged today in Georgia included 31-year-old Michael Frost of Duluth; 31-year-old Michael Kile of Bowden; 55-year-old Carl Langley of Stone Mountain; and 49-year-old Ronald Vaughn of Decatur. <br>
<br>
They were charged with using a computer to possess child pornography. <br>
<br>
Another man, 19-year-old Robert Burford of Lawrenceville was arrested earlier as part of the investigation. He pleaded guilty to the same charge March 1.
