OSLO, NORWAY - Music artists honoring Jimmy Carter at his Nobel Peace Prize concert Wednesday say they want to send a message of peace to the current U.S. administration.
Carter accepted the prize Tuesday and urged all people to seek peaceful solutions in a world put on edge by terrorism and a possible U.S. attack on Iraq.
One of the artists, country musician Willie Nelson, says ``Now is the time we should be talking about peace.''
