Georgia running back robbed at gunpoint in East Athens

EAST ATHENS - Georgia backup tailback Tyson Browning was one of two people robbed at gunpoint at a home in East Athens. <br>

The incident early Monday came more than a day after the Bulldogs won the Southeastern Conference Championship with a 30-3 victory over Arkansas in Atlanta on Saturday night. <br>

Browning answered the door of a friend's home and had a handgun thrust in his face by an unknown assailant, according to an Athens-Clarke County police report. <br>
<br>
The gunman got away with two necklaces, a watch and $40 in cash.
