Three killed when pickup crashes over bridge into creek

ST. GEORGE - Three people were killed and one injured Sunday when a pickup truck crashed into a bridge and then plummeted into a creek in Charlton County, near the Florida border. <br> <br> The driver -- 31-year-old Billy Ray Driggers of Moncks Corner, South Carolina -- and a passenger -- 34-year-old Robert Royal of Macclenny, Florida -- were killed by the impact of the crash. <br> <br> Another passenger -- 38-year-old Colette Harris of O&#39;Brien, Florida -- appears to have drowned after the truck was submerged in Sparks Creek near the Florida state line. <br> <br> Charlton County Coroner Rob Roberson says no autopsies will be performed and the causes of death are not certain. <br> <br> The remaining passenger -- 30-year-old Virgil Loonsfoot of Baldwin, Florida -- was slightly injured, but managed to escape from the truck after it plunged into the creek.
