Suspect taken into custody, kidnapped mother and son found

NORCROSS - The FBI has recovered a kidnapped Norcross woman and her baby. They also have arrested a suspect in the case. <br>

Reinaldo Reyes, age 39, was taken into custody Sunday at a family member's home in Bakersfield, California. Gwinnett County police say Reyes faces federal and state charges. <br>
<br>
The kidnapped woman, Teresa Placencia, and her infant son, Kevin Reyes, were found with Reinaldo Reyes and were not harmed. <br>
<br>
Police say Placencia, age 21, and her son were taken from their apartment last Monday.
